Accounts & Plans
FinImpulse offers two types of access: user (Dashboard) and developer (API).
- Dashboard Plans: four tiers — Free, Basic, Premium, and Unlimited. Each plan unlocks deeper data, a wider historical range, and advanced tools, including screeners, watchlists, and exports.
- API Access: billed separately under a usage-based model — you pay only for the data you request (per call or per data row).
You can view full details and feature comparisons on the Pricing page.
You can change your plan at any time from the Billing section — the update takes effect immediately.
FinImpulse doesn’t block your API automatically — you control your own limits.
You can set a daily spending limit and receive an email notification when usage reaches a chosen percentage.
f you prefer uninterrupted access, enable Auto-Recharge to automatically top up your balance once it drops below your selected threshold. This way, your API requests and data access continue without downtime.
Yes.
- Dashboard: You can activate a 5-day Premium trial, available once per account.
- API: Every new account receives $1 in trial credit, which can be used to test all endpoints. When the balance reaches –$1, requests are paused until you add funds.

Using the Dashboard
You can search by company or fund name, ticker symbol, or apply filters across 30+ parameters — such as sector, market capitalization, performance, valuation ratios, or dividend yield.
FinImpulse instantly finds and groups matching assets by type (stocks, ETFs, funds, indexes), helping you identify exactly what you’re looking for.
A Watchlist is a list of tickers you chose to follow — just click the star icon next to any asset to add it.
A Screener is a saved set of filters that helps you find assets matching specific criteria — either predefined by FinImpulse or fully custom, created by you..
Click the star icon next to any asset to open the Watchlist pop-up.
From there, you can:
- Add the asset to one or several existing watchlists.
- Create a new watchlist directly from the pop-up.
- To remove an asset, simply uncheck the watchlists from which you want to exclude it and click Confirm.
Tip: You can manage or rename watchlists at any time in the My Watchlists section.
